Embroidery Stitches 101
In the embroidery 101 class the students will work on a small wool on cotton project and learn a few hand embroidery stitches, including:
- Blanket stitch
- Backstitch
- Stem stitch
- Fern stitch
- Chain stitch
- Many more!
In addition to learning hand embroidery stitches there will be time to discuss embroidery tools, supplies, thread, reference books, etc. to find what might be most useful to you personally. Feel free to bring a project with embroidery on it to ask questions on as well. Class will not last all day but instructor will be available all day if there are questions or assistance is needed.
