Beginning Rug Hooking
We will focus on the process of rug hooking in this class and go over tools, wool, and finishing techniques in this class. The first week is centered on cutting and hooking. The second week is centered on finishing techniques. I will bring my hooking frames and various hooks to show differences and allow you an opportunity to try these tools in class. $90 for the two day class.

| Requirements: | Supplies Required: 12 to 16 inch quilting hoop or rug hooking frame , a medium rug hook, and wool that allows you to cut strips 8-12 inches long. I will supply a pattern drawn on linen (choices are: tulips, pumpkin, or snowman) and will bring my cutter to class. Make your choice when you sign up for class with your phone number and e-mail address and we can discuss wool colors prior to class. Again we have the advantage of the store to choose wool while in class. |
