Creekside Quilting is a proud sponsor of the All Women Build Habitat for Humanity house building project. Creekside Quilting will be supplying the fabric for a quilt that will be presented to the new homeowner. Several of the team captains are quilters so they are making a memory quilt that will be presented to the homeowner, Shirley, when she receives the keys. Volunteers are always appreciated. Julia and I will be helping on this project too and if you would like to join in, please contact me and I will pass your name on. Many hands make lighter work! This project is special since it is an “all woman build”, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment.
Creekside Quilting is also a proud sponsor of awards presented in the 2020 Iowa State Fair Fine Arts Gallery! Here is a link to enjoy viewing all the Iowa State Fair entries and winners! 2020iowastatefair.artcall.org/pages/web-gallery
