Yesterday, the wonderful Emma Thomas-McGinnis stopped by our store to share stories and inspiration for her new line, Finch and Fern. We loved having her! The class takes the Thimble Blossoms Simply Swoon pattern, which you can purchase HERE, but we also have the Thimble Blossoms Mini Swoon Pattern HERE. You could use either pattern when taking the class with Frankie!

***PLEASE NOTE before you come to class, make sure your sewing machine is in good working condition and has all the necessary supplies you will need to run the sewing machine. A good understanding of how to use your sewing machine is a must. Sewing classes require a basic sewing kit and quilting tools.
***PLEASE NOTE that cancelation of classes will be refunded up to 1week prior to the class date and time. After that, the instructor is expecting you and there will be no refunds for cancelations.

You will learn how to make this 24" Swoon block, which is hanging in the front of the store. You can regiister for this one day, 6 1/2 hour class HERE. You won't be disappointed!

The Elm Creek Quilter's Book Club will meet Wednesday, July 27th at 2:30. This month we are reading book 4 in the Jennifer Chiaverini series, The Runaway Quilt. You can purchase the book from Creekside HERE Everyone is welcome to join!
UFO CLUB Friday, July 29th at 1 pm. This year we are doing it a little differently! Come any last Friday of the month and pay $2 to particpate for that day. The first $1 will go towards meeting your goals and the second $1 will go into the kitty for our year end party of prizes for our achievements! You can start any month you want, set any goals you want, and collect your $1 back the next month with at least one met goal. IF you don't meet at least one of the goals you set, you owe a dollar. If you miss the next month, you owe a dollar for each month missed when you return. Come any month...no need to register...just show up and complete some of the UFO's that are driving you crazy!

Learn to Use Your Pfaff Ambition Sewing Machine Class is Saturday, August 6th starting at 10:30am. One of the most important parts of quilting is having a sewing machine you know how to use! In this class, we will introduce you to your Ambition sewing machine by going through everything you machine has to offer from turning it on, winding a bobbin, and the computer stitch selection guide. When you have a knowledge of all the things your sewing machine can do, the creativity process becomes limitless! You must own a Pfaff Ambition 610, 620, or 630 to partake in this class AND bring your own machine with you to class. Regsiter HERE
The Hot Pad Club is coming this August!! We will be using the pattern Vintage Holiday by Camille Roskelley to create 9 vintage holiday hot pads! August through November you will get 2 patterns and fabric kits, and in December 1 pattern and fabric kit. Give the hot pads away as gifts or keep them for yourself for a festive holiday event! Watch for more information and registration next week!

I saw this purse and fell in love!! And you should see all the pockets that are on the inside!! Thanks for sharing your purse with us...it was awesome!
