It's BACK and BIGGER than ever!! We have moved the sale fabric to fill a full aisle, where our seasonal fabric used to be! There are hundreds of bolts of fabric marked down to $7!! Batiks and flannels are at $8! So come on in and check out all the sale fabric! As with the summer $7 sale, it doesn't last forever....and once the fabric is gone, so too is the sale. We are also adding books, patterns, and notions to the sale table, which is now located right next to the sale fabric. We will be adding new items to the fabric aisle and the table throughout the month...so check in with us periodically to see what is new! |

Our Giving Tree is BACK! This year we are teaming up with Clive Community Services to provide much needed items to those in need! Come on into the store and pull a bulb off our Giving Tree. View the November calendar HERE***PLEASE NOTE before you come to class, make sure your sewing machine is in good working condition and has all the necessary supplies you will need to run the sewing machine. A good understanding of how to use your sewing machine is a must. Sewing classes require a basic sewing kit and quilting tools.
***PLEASE NOTE that cancelation of classes will be refunded up to 1 week prior to the class date and time. After that, the instructor is expecting you and there will be no refunds for cancelations.
Tuesday, November 8th is Wool Club starting at 12 PM! This group is open to everyone just come on in and join the fun! 
Sit and Knit with Elaine on Thursday, November 10th Everyone who likes to knit is welcome to join this club anytime!

Tuesday, November 15th is Mid Month Madness all day long. We are getting down to the end of the year and we are also getting down to the end of our supply of bags! This bag will only be available while quantities last, and then in 2023, we will have a new bag. ALL previous year's bags will still be valid for the 15% off each 15th of the month...so new bags, old bags...enjoy the 15% discount, each month on the 15th!
Wednesday, November 16th is the Applique Sew-in Group starting at 10:00 am and lasting all day! This group is open to everyone, just come on in and join the fun!
Singer Featherweight Club will be Saturday, November 19th at 10:30am This group is open to everyone, so bring your featherweight machine and sew with friends!
NEW!!! Monday, November 28th at 1pm will be our Machine Embroidery Club! A club to share knowledge, questions and ideas on embroidery/sewing machines. Tips and discussions on stabilizers…what they are, types, why you need to use them, I would bring various examples. Discuss all thread types and bobbin threads, hooping your project versus non-hooping, editing, enlarging, rotating embroidery designs, again I would bring examples to show and share. How to download designs from websites to a USB stick and extract them from zipped files when necessary. How to use the embroidery designs that came preloaded in your particular machine.In the Hoop embroidery designs that are totally completed in the hoop, with samples to show/share. Wednesday, November 30th at 2:30pm is our Elm Creek Quilter's Book Club. This month we are ready book 7 of in the series, The Sugar Camp Quilt by Jennifer Chiaverini
UFO CLUB Friday, December 2nd at 1 pm. This year we are doing it a little differently! Come any last Friday of the month and pay $2 to participate for that day. The first $1 will go towards meeting your goals and the second $1 will go into the kitty for our year end party of prizes for our achievements! You can start any month you want, set any goals you want, and collect your $1 back the next month with at least one met goal. IF you don't meet at least one of the goals you set, you owe a dollar. If you miss the next month, you owe a dollar for each month missed when you return. Come any month...no need to register...just show up and complete some of the UFO's that are driving you crazy!
