| We are HIRING a Monday through Friday team member for a 9:30 am-4:15 pm shift! We are in need of a person who would like to be a sale's associate some days, cut kits other days, fill fabric orders as needed, and an all around flexible person who is willing to jump right in and help with what is needed to be done for the day! *Job requires the abilty to get up on a ladder to hang and take down quilts. *Basic Microsoft computer skills in Word and Excel are a must. *This position requires a lot of movement and standing. *You must have quilting knowledge and be able to bring in a quilt you made with your interview. *Feel free to share this post with friends and family! Chris will be leading a Make and Take on December 1st for the Fold-it-Hold-it Bag. The class will be from 11:30am-1pm and your kit will include the pattern, fabrics, ribbon and jingle bells to make one medium sized bag. You will need to bring your sewing machine and sewing supplies. We will have a cutting mat, rotary cutter, and iron station set up. Registration fee of $15 includes the class and kit. Register HERE |

Please join us for a two hour workshop for exploring your mess making potential and learning how to incorporate mindfulness skills and self-care practice into your creative stitching process. Jerry will be back on Monday, November 28th, December 12th and December 19th for cleaning and repairs. Your machine may or may not be ready for pick up the day of service, but without a necessary repair, it should be ready for pick up within the week of service. |

View the November calendar HERE***PLEASE NOTE before you come to class, make sure your sewing machine is in good working condition and has all the necessary supplies you will need to run the sewing machine. A good understanding of how to use your sewing machine is a must. Sewing classes require a basic sewing kit and quilting tools.
***PLEASE NOTE that cancelation of classes will be refunded up to 1 week prior to the class date and time. After that, the instructor is expecting you and there will be no refunds for cancelations.
NEW!!! Monday, November 28th at 1pm will be our Machine Embroidery Club! A club to share knowledge, questions and ideas on embroidery/sewing machines. Tips and discussions on stabilizers…what they are, types, why you need to use them, I would bring various examples. Discuss all thread types and bobbin threads, hooping your project versus non-hooping, editing, enlarging, rotating embroidery designs, again I would bring examples to show and share. How to download designs from websites to a USB stick and extract them from zipped files when necessary. How to use the embroidery designs that came preloaded in your particular machine.In the Hoop embroidery designs that are totally completed in the hoop, with samples to show/share. UFO CLUB Friday, December 2nd at 1 pm. This year we are doing it a little differently! Come any last Friday of the month and pay $2 to participate for that day. The first $1 will go towards meeting your goals and the second $1 will go into the kitty for our year end party of prizes for our achievements! You can start any month you want, set any goals you want, and collect your $1 back the next month with at least one met goal. IF you don't meet at least one of the goals you set, you owe a dollar. If you miss the next month, you owe a dollar for each month missed when you return. Come any month...no need to register...just show up and complete some of the UFO's that are driving you crazy!

Make the ornaments for yourself or give to a friend! Join in the fun and make new friends will sitting and creating these cute ornaments! Never worked with wool before...no problem!
