Join us in giving back to the community and stocking up local shelters!

How to participate in our store:
1. Visit us during regular business hours! We have a Christmas tree set up with ornaments labeled with items needed by local shelters.
2. Take an ornament (or a few!). 
3. Return the ornament with the items and receive a $5 coupon!


How to participate virtually:
1. Visit the Amazon lists for either Hawthorn Hill or Youth Shelter Services Des Moines. Choose something off their list and send it! (As a note, when you choose this method, make sure to note the shipping address is the address of either Hawthorn Hill or Youth Shelter Services.
2. Send a screenshot of your donation via Facebook Messenger to Creekside Quilting Iowa or to Karen at sienagraceproductions@gmail.com (example below).
3. We will add a $5 coupon to your account!
